בית הבובות נפתח כדי לחשוף כל כך הרבה חללי משחק ותכונות משתנות ומיוחדות. ילדים יכולים לעצב את בית הבובות בן 2 הקומות ועם יותר מ-25 חלקים במגוון רחב של אפשרויות כדי לקשט את 6 החדרים שלו.
הסלון הופך לחדר בידור, המקלחת הופכת לאיפור והתקרה הופכת למיטת קומתיים כדי לפנות מקום ל-4 אחיות ברבי לישון. יש גם מאפיינים קלאסיים: בחדר האמבטיה יש שירותים עם כיור ומקלחת; המקרר והתנור פתוחים במטבח; וחתיכת גדר עם מדבקת גריל כדי להוציא את המשחק החוצה. הרהיטים והאביזרים בגודל בובה כוללים פריטים קלאסיים עם סגנון ייחודי, כמו ספה ורודה או שולחן אוכל עיגול לבן, וחלקים קטנים יותר שמוסיפים כיף גדול, כמו הגדרות ולוח משחק. לחלק מהחלקים יש ידית שבובה יכולה להחזיק (נמכרת בנפרד) ו/או מעוצבות עם תכונות הכנס-הפעל המקלות על משחק פעיל או ניקוי מהיר.
